Love this. Something I realized, but took a long time to learn, was that decision-making is a skill.

And the more decisions I made, the better my life got. Even when they were wrong. Because at least then I learned something and could then make a new decision.

It improved my ability to learn social skills, make friends, grow on social, coach people, build businesses, and pretty much everything I've worked toward.

It's cool seeing hearing about the research, and the commitment/explorations axes. Thanks 🙏
